Manhole Relining System  The Slinger Manhole Relining System is designed to apply cement linings to existing manholes with not entry, increasing production and reducing risk to personnel. The simplistic design of the slinger spraying system is based on ease of operation, versatility, and mobility. The slinger is capable of spraying most thixotropic, fiber reinforced materials available - both calcium aluminates and cement based. The slinger has an aluminum housing with a nylon mortar cavity utilizing sealed bearings for long life. It has an infinitely variable speed control for precise control of the output and a high torque electric winch that is remotely controlled. Features 30 degree upward application to apply mortar to the underneath surfaces 360 degree application Heavy duty electric winch with a 700 lb capacity Depths up to 35 feet Variable speed motor for the most precise control 0-2500 rpm speeds Sealed bearings with grease fittings and bleed off screw to allow the cleanout of the seal cavity without dissassembly. 110 volt powered. Requires only 15 amp service and will easily run off of a 5000 watt generator unlike air powered models requiring large and expensive air compressors. Aluminum housing for easy cleanup. Nylon mortar cavity for reduced wear of parts. Replaceable blades for easy maintenance.  HZ30-DM is a very affordable pump and mixer for applying mortar to the slinger. This unit is capable of pumping 2 bags of mortar a minute and can get your from hole to hole reliably and quickly. Driven from a single diesel engine and the hydraulic system allows both the pump and the mixer to be controlled independently. Both are also are infinitely variable speed and have forward and revere for easy cleanup. There is an optional work platform that makes loading the mixer a breeze. |
