Scheduling:
Hy-Flex Corporation tries to keep stock of most of its offered equipment. Depending on our current order volume, a product can be shipped immediately or take one-to-four weeks to produce. All metal fabrication and engineering is done in our Knightstown, Indiana facility.
Payments & Deposits:
Domestic Orders can pre-pay via major credit cards or a cashier’s check. International Orders require a payment via a wire transfer of funds in which a fee is associated for transfer.
Shipping & Delivery:
Equipment purchases are palletized and shipped via a freight carrier (truck) or air freight (plane). We do offer guaranteed delivery for time-sensitive delivery schedules at an additional fee. Every equipment purchase comes with an owner’s manual enclosed in the shipment.
Parts & Service:
Hy-Flex Corporation stocks components and sundry items that are necessary for our customers’ success. We offer an online e-commerce portion of our website to provide our customers an easy way to purchase parts. Orders can also be taken by calling our toll free number (866-849-6246). Parts orders taken before 12 noon will be shipped with same-day service. If parts are on back order, customers will be notified that same day.
Technical Support:
Hy-Flex offers live technical support (866-849-6246). Our technical department is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions regarding our equipment.
