At this beautiful Westin Resort in-progress, the contractors are running the HyFlex Corporation 321 single phase pump. Thanks to its large hopper and phenomenal output, they are making short work of this Isolatek International Cafco 300 HS job.
Hy-Flex 321 High Pressure Model | Carboline Pyrocrete 239 and 241
321 High Pressure model with Carboline Company's Pyrocrete 239 and 241. The applicator had their challenges with the jungle gym they had to work with. In this fireproofing video, we had 350ft of line on and a good 30 ft in the air. We dialed our water in and ended up around 900psi of line pressure. The fireproofing contractors are ready to move to a more open floor so they can really start flying with the project.
Hy-Flex HZ-30E | Isolatek Cafco 300
Here's a fireproofing contractor using our HZ-30E to pump Isolatek Cafco 300 for a future apartment building in Boston. They took a streamline approach and setup shop on the middle floor of the building and pumped it all from one spot. One thing we uncovered while on-site is that they were using some hodge-podged reducers between their hoses, so we helped them out with some of our machined conical reducers which help prevent material build up and can keep their line pressure lower.

Got to take part in a Carboline Company industrial fireproofing training opportunity. Our adventures took us to Alberta Canada where we trained applicators on spray applying Pyrocrete 241. We ran our HZ30E with great success. We showed the benefits of spraying vs hand applying and how it can speed up the process.
Hy-Flex 321E
Here's the 321 HP in action at MIT in Boston. The fireproofing has some challenges including avoiding spraying exposed beams along with keeping the finished floor as clean as possible. The pump is setup in the middle of the jobsite and the crew won't have to move it or their skids of material to finish the job.
